Spintronic Battery (6 V)

J’ai récemment acheté une Spintronic Battery (6 V) via votre site. Malheureusement, après à peine 24 heures d’utilisation, le produit ne fonctionne plus. J’ai déjà tenté un second achat pour vérifier, mais le problème s’est reproduit exactement de la même manière.

Cela me laisse penser soit à un défaut de fabrication, soit à une qualité inadaptée pour un usage avec des enfants (ce qui était mon intention).

Je vous demande donc :
• Soit un remboursement intégral de mon achat,
• Soit l’envoi d’un produit de remplacement fonctionnel.

Je suis déçue par cette expérience,

Spintronic Battery (6 V)

The end of the string has pulled off and the string wraps up inside. Most of the covers on the ends have come off as well. Battery replacement was fast and easy.

The Spintronics platform is a fantastic way to understand electricity in a tangible way and, without this “battery” it doesn’t work.

Not only were they helpful in trying to fix the part, but when it couldn't be fixed they sent a new one right away.
