Après un petit souci avec le camion dans la boîte du jeu, le service client m'en a envoyé un neuf, gratuitement.
Bravo au service client qui fait un excellent travail :)

The first truck we received with the "Bridge or Bust" kit would not wind up and self propel across the bridge. They replaced the truck at no cost to me and it works. It's actually fun watching cross a bridge we built. Many more bridges yet to build!

My grandson’s original truck was damaged and I enquired to see if I could purchase a new truck. Upper Story sent this out immediately without charge for the truck or postage (so much appreciated). Great customer service and my grandson is loving the challenge of building bridges.

I ordered a replacement truck and it was delivered whithin 2 days. My kid loves to build bridges!
